Chinemerem Blessing Wealth is the Founder and Visionary of TCW Academy Ltd, a developmental platform committed to equipping women and girls to rediscover their identity, strengthen resilience, rebuild with confidence, and fulfil their God-given purpose.
Known to many as A Force To Reckon With, Chinemerem is an author, speaker, mentor, resilience coach, and social impact leader whose work is rooted in the conviction that no one should be defined by their past.
Having experienced God's transforming grace through her own journey of healing and restoration, she is passionate about helping others embrace wholeness, discover their true identity, and live purposeful lives anchored in Christ.
For over a decade, Chinemerem has been creating transformational spaces where women can grow spiritually, emotionally, and personally. She is the Convener of the Total Woman Conference, an annual gathering that has successfully hosted nine editions, equipping and inspiring more than 1,000 women through conferences, mentoring initiatives, and digital teaching platforms.
She also leads the growing Total Woman Community, where women in their twenties, thirties, and early forties gather every Tuesday and Thursday morning for prayer, discipleship, encouragement, and authentic fellowship.
Beyond TCW Academy, Chinemerem is the Lead of Mending Bridges, a faith-based community dedicated to restoring hope and transforming lives through practical service. Through its annual outreach initiative, Jewels on the Street, the organisation has reached nearly 500 young people and families in underserved communities by providing food, clothing, and other essential support—demonstrating her belief that genuine transformation addresses both spiritual and practical needs.
As an author, Chinemerem combines biblical truth with practical wisdom to equip women for everyday life. Her debut handbook, Spirit, Soul & Body, empowers young women to build strong foundations by understanding their identity, developing emotional resilience, establishing healthy boundaries, cultivating healthy relationships, and growing spiritually, mentally, and physically.
Alongside her leadership within TCW Academy, Chinemerem serves in the UK Civil Service, where she contributes to delivering people-centred public services. Her professional experience continues to shape her commitment to excellence, integrity, compassion, and servant leadership.
She holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Project Management from Cardiff Metropolitan University, a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Language Arts from the University of Ibadan, and a Certificate in Non-Profit Leadership and Management from Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University. She is a Certified Sexual and Gender-Based Violence Instructor and is currently undertaking advanced training in Trauma-Informed Coaching. Chinemerem is also a proud associate of Women in Management, Business and Public Service (WIMBIZ), reflecting her commitment to lifelong learning, ethical leadership, and the advancement of women.
Above every title she holds, Chinemerem considers her greatest identity to be that of a believer, lover, and follower of Jesus Christ. Her life and leadership are driven by a desire to see women healed, empowered, and equipped to fulfil God's purpose for their lives.
Through TCW Academy, she remains committed to raising a generation of women who are deeply rooted in their identity, resilient in adversity, and equipped to make meaningful impact in their families, communities, workplaces, and the world.
